Official Opening of SoulFull Waters :) YAY

Come spend the day celebrating you!

We are really excited about opening the doors to Soulfull Waters and  celebrating the core foundation of what Soulfull Waters  represents. Which is learning to support each other and learning to feel safe inside of oneself while tapping into the full range of emotions life has to offer. On this day we ask you to bring you and your excitement or maybe a little bit of nervousness inside the opportunity to partake in a ice cold plunge. This is not mandatory, but it is opportunity to feel supported while facing a deep inner challenge.

How the day unfolds:

Short tour of the vision on the property starting at 11:00

Coming together and support each other inside of a Ice Cold Plunge

Warm up by the fire.

Light Lunch (Sandwiches, Fruit, Salad)

Sound Immersion with Maggie

What to bring:

• Swimming trunks/Bathing suit (If you choose to participate)
• Yoga Mat
• Water Bottle
