10 Day Retreat
10-Day Retreat Structure
A 10-day retreat offers more time for deeper reflection and more intensive work on personal growth, which means you can dive deeper into practices and allow more space for emotional and physical healing. We strive to work with each individual’s needs and create a custom retreat experience. Here’s a breakdown:

General Structure Notes:
- Bodywork/Healing Sessions: Schedule at least 2-3 bodywork sessions for each participant over the retreat to allow time for physical and emotional integration.
- Gene Keys/Human Design: One-on-one sessions can be spread throughout the retreat, allowing time for reflection and integration between sessions.
- Life Skills Coaching: Rotate life skills sessions to cover a variety of themes, with personalized coaching or group activities. You can offer 1-2 sessions per day or a workshop that covers multiple skills at once.
- Nature Immersion: Ensure daily time spent outdoors (hiking, forest bathing, walks), as nature is a powerful tool for grounding and self-reflection.
Additional Notes:
- Balance of Activities: Ensure that each day balances active practices (e.g., yoga, movement, life skills workshops) with restorative practices (e.g., bodywork, nature immersion, journaling, relaxation).
- Flexibility: Offer some flexibility in the schedule for individual reflection, free time, and personal exploration. Not every moment has to be structured.
